Sports is a company conceived from the love of all types of sports.
In particular, indoor inline speed skating & cycling. This is a company owned
and operated by people who have managed rinks, owned a rink and who
really do love sports. We've been around the rink, the outdoor flat
track, the banked track, the road race, and around the country a time
or two. Our USA Roller Sports Speed Coaches are involved with competition
on a local, regional and national level. We first discovered inline
speed skates back in 1992. Our owner, David Weber, won the national
indoor speed title in his division that year. At that point he knew
inlines were here to stay. Our intentions are to continue to expand
the product lines of speed, hockey, aggressive, quad and recreational
skating equipment. We plan to add, as our name implies, all types of
SPORTS equipment. If you want something, just let us know and I guarantee
we will listen. We are constantly working hard to improve this site.

Our Guarantee
If you find a lower, regularly priced (not closeout), in-stock item on
the Internet, we will try our best to match the price. Just send us the
order with the site URL on the order. We will always confirm the prices
before we finalize the order.
Returns and Exchanges Procedure
Please use the following procedure for any return or exchange: Place a
copy of the invoice which came
with your shipment in the package you are returning with an explanation
for the return on the reverse side. Please indicate your preference for
an exchange or refund. Send us an e-mail or fax a copy to let us know
what's going on. Return the package to the address of the distribution
center that shipped you the package. We do not accept returns of used
or customer-damaged merchandise. Returns must be sent within 30 days of
receiving the order. Any return request after the 30-day period must be
authorized in advance by e-mail. Any items returned in new condition with
proof of purchase will be refunded at full price less any shipping and
handling charge. We will not accept COD's. We will not charge a restocking
charge on items returned due to our error and will rectify the problem
promptly without expense to you. We may charge a 20% restocking charge
on items you exchange or just want to return. We will charge a 20% restocking
on custom assembled items. Some custom assembled items cannot be returned.

Free Shipping in the Continental USA
The cost of shipping is included in every item we sell. Orders that total under $50.00 will incur a $5.00 handling charge. Orders that total over $50.00 and less than $100.00 will incur a $3.00 handling charge.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the USA will incur all shipping charges. We have found the safest most economical method is the US Postal Service.
